How Redshirt Activations Work

Recruits (0 year players) can be activated 4 times per season without being aged to 2 years the following season. This provides you added depth for injuries and gives you a chance to showcase the player.

To activate a redshirt, create a new topic with the Season Year, Week Number and Your Team name as the title (e.g., 2026 Week 1 Wyoming) and list the redshirt(s) you are activating by position and name (e.g., CB James Superstar).

Redshirt activations must be posted by Saturdays or they will not be processed.

If any redshirt exceeds 4 activations, they are no longer protected as a redshirt and will age to 2 in 2027. The price is high if you exceed 4 activations.
